85Blends was created to make E85 and flex-fuel ownership easier, more approachable, and more enjoyable for drivers everywhere.
Download on the App StoreI drive a 2017 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack and, after finally beginning to modify it, I decided to make the switch to E85 with a flex-fuel kit. The performance gains completely changed the car and showed me how capable ethanol blends can be.
As I learned more about E85, I found myself searching for stations, using multiple calculators, and relying on advice from my cousin and other enthusiasts. While there were some helpful tools available, none offered everything I personally wanted in one place.
That's what inspired me to create 85Blends.
I wanted one app dedicated to the entire E85 experience—helping drivers find nearby stations, calculate custom blends, track fuel usage, plan trips, set reminders, and make ethanol easier to understand and use.
One of the biggest reasons behind 85Blends is education. Many owners of flex-fuel vehicles don't even realize E85 is an option for them. My goal is to help introduce more enthusiasts to ethanol and make getting started less intimidating.
